Database - Connect to a Database

Instructions:

  1. Open your current EZSurvey project.
  2. Select File Properties Database.
  3. The Database file name box will have the location of the database that the EZSurvey form is associated with.
  4. If the Database file name is correct, leave it as it is and press Save.
  5. Otherwise, clear the contents of the Database file name box and press Save
