Email Related Questions - Why won't EZSurvey import emails after I have read it?

EZSurvey will only read emails that are marked as Unread in your email Inbox.

• If your email program is capable of this, you should mark the message as unread. Then EZSurvey will be able to import the email message.

• Select Email View inbox from the main EZSurvey menu. Select the message(s) you want to save, and select Message Save selected messages.

• In your mail program, forward the message to yourself. Then, EZSurvey will read the new, forwarded message (but will record it as submitted by you).
