Publish Menu - Create a Palm Form

Publishing Instructions:

  1. Install the EZSurvey Palm HotSync software.

  2. Install the EZSurvey Palm Preview software.

  3. Select Publish Create a Palm form

  4. Enter a file name to give your new files.

  5. Follow the instructions page. Put the ezsurvey.prc file on the handheld with the two Palm database files.

  6. Put the .XML file and the .ASC file in the Palm root directory.

  7. Synchronize the Palm to load the survey onto the Palm.

  8. When you have collected your data on the Palm handheld, synchronize to load the data to the .ASC file.
