E-Mail - Send Email

EZSurvey can send email messages and analysis results.

Before sending email, make sure it is set up correctly. See Email Menu - Select Your Email System

  1. Open a saved survey form with File Open EZSurvey project.

  2. Select File Send email or click on the email button on the toolbar.

  3. Depending on which email system you are using, a dialogue box may come up asking for information. Follow the instructions, then click OK or Send. This will convert your form into an ASCII text form and mail it.

Note: You will need to specify an address or the email will not be sent.
