EZSurvey 2005 for the Internet - New Features

EZSurvey 2005 for the Internet offers important new features while providing the same ease of use to its owners as in the past! EZSurvey 2005 continues to be the most powerful and easiest end-user survey-type program available today. New improvements include the capability of EZSurvey to create a survey and publish it in six different media types, the use of the EZSurvey Personal Web Server to let the designer immediately preview validation and other functionality without publishing to an outside server, easier creation of EZSurvey unique look-and-feel templates, form design aids, compatibility with Windows XP, handheld support, Unicode for other alphabets, and more! And the same low price is maintained. The Pro version has enhanced support for SQL and ODBC databases!

• SQL commands are hard-coded into an XML file on the web server to make them invulnerable to nonsense-data attacks.
• Web data is converted into UTF-8 prior to security filtering.
• All SQL commands are generated in UTF-8.
• The form processor detects buffer overrun attacks and improper file names, and sends an email notification to the web site owner.
• The server's scripting processor uses an open-source, restricted-memory language that prevents modification of files, registry settings, or unauthorized database rows.
• Forms over plain-text email have a user-identification code.

• EZSurvey Personal Web Server can collect data the field or when you are home. It is an alternative to publishing the survey on a major web server.

• One database can be used by more than one survey. For example if you had a regular survey and survey formatted for section 508c compliance, both could save data to a common database.
