| Training Faculty Evaluation | |
| Objective: | A financial organization has a dedicated training faculty to standardize the quality and professional skills of their employees. With a current change in the legal requirements on financial reporting the evaluation was required to be recorded and made part of the permanent Federal and State license certifications. A paper-based process was developed but found to be very cumbersome to process and incorporate into the legal document formats. The delay in providing a document in electronic format was impacting the financial organization's reporting requirements. |

Process used: | An Internet-based survey was deployed as a quick and effective way to provide a standardized evaluation format for data collection and as a basis for reporting. In adddition a portable PC version was also incorporated to cover the dispersed training locations that had no Internet access. The survey was developed with the use of logical branching, color formatting, creative table-formatting and user comment fields. |

Benefits achieved: | The survey is actively collecting the necessary evaluation information which is being incorporated into the government reporting requirements. The assessment has been made part of the faculty employement contracts. Standards have been established and the changing legal documentation requirements have been fulfilled. The former delay has been reduced and the resulting report presented the current issues and future professional training needs. |
